Gary truly a legend has been honored as ‘most innovative sportsman’, ‘founding father of Mountain bikes’ and inducted into ‘Mountain Bike Hall of Fame’. I went to the Dirt, Sweat and Gears 12-hour mtn bike race here in TN specifically to test ride the HiFi Pro. The local bike shop was set up down at the race and had a bunch of Fisher’s for demo rides. I didn’t race but one of the guys in the shop said to come down and give it a ride. Boy I’m glad I did. From someone that is still riding a hardtail, that was one sweet ride. $3000 of course. But it was awesome. I’m thinking of getting the HiFi without all the pro components for $1600. It has the same frame so I’ll be able to replace the components with a little better stuff (LX/XT) as they wear out.
